Proofreading

We are Proofreaders.
Content marketing is high on the agenda of many businesses. Therefore it is essential to avoid publishing content with typos and grammatical errors. After all, having your attention-to-detail called into question over the internet is not the kind of publicity any business really needs. So, how much damage can these errors cause? Perhaps some people won't notice, and others might not even care. But trust us, for many, these mistakes can call into question your credibility and professionalism. Because if you can't put attention-to-detail into your own marketing exploits, can anyone trust that you will do a better job with the services or products you offer?
It is not just your target audience that is full of disdain for typos. Search engines are also not in favour of poorly written content. What's more, it can affect your ranking if you frequently publish content filled with mistakes because search engines only reward accurate and carefully considered content.
Our Proofreading Services
Enhance your written content with our professional proofreading service. With a high level of attention-to-detail, plus exceptional spelling, punctuation, and grammar, we provide a thorough review of your writing. We even carry out an additional quality check before we submit your work back to you.
We Proofread.
Our proofreading service includes the following steps:- A review of your written work.
- Correction of spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors.
- Tracked changes.
- Feedback or recommendations.
- The creation of two versions of your written work to be returned to you.
Our Proofreading Process
We edit documents using the Microsoft Word Track Changes feature. This enables you to view our corrections and accept or reject them. We will also add any relevant notes in the margin if we feel clarification is necessary. When we complete a proofreading project, we conduct a quality check to ensure no errors have been missed. Following the completion of the job, we will send two versions of the document back to you:
- A copy of the document with all tracked changes visible.
- A copy of the document complete with changes ready for you to publish.
"Good grammar is credibility, especially on the internet. In blog posts, on Facebook statuses, in emails, and on company websites, your words are all you have. They are a projection of you in your physical absence. And, for better or worse, people judge you if you can't tell the difference between their, there, and they're."
